Bolduc Physical / Aquatic Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a compassionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our well-established outpatient practice in Boynton Beach, FL. For more than 20 years, our clinic has provided personalized, one-on-one care across orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, balance/vestibular, chronic pain, and aquatic therapy. Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current PT licensure or eligibility to test for PT license required

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one care using manual therapy, aquatic therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance/gait training, and functional rehab.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and long-term self-management strategies.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity and high-quality patient care.
